New TI Projet for Passages Family Support

Passages Family Support's newest tenant improvement project is on the books to start in August.

The project will deliver upgrades to the facility shell, intended to strengthen the envelope and increase the overall building efficiency, starting with Phase 1 of window replacement and the entry system.

Also on the agenda, interior finish upgrades chosen to create an inviting and healing environment for both the internal team and their clients. It’s amazing what a lot of paint, new window shades, and flooring can do in refreshing an old space!

In addition to new surface finishes, we will carve out new office spaces to support the growing services Passages is gearing up to provide in the community.

Last, we will be installing a new security feature to aid in the safety of the facility and those who work and find solace at Passages Family Support.
