Celebrating Employee Anniversaries

We're celebrating four employee anniversaries this week.

We celebrate Adam's 11th anniversary at Cornerstone!

Adam is living proof that hard work pays off. He started with us as a concrete carpenter, worked his way up to Foreman, then Assistant Superintendent. Now he's running some of our most successful projects.

We couldn't be prouder of his journey, his leadership, and his dedication.

Project Manager Melinda K just celebrated her 2-year anniversary with Cornerstone!

Melinda’s contribution to our success and culture is one of a kind. Yes, she manages projects – but she also brings the kind of energy, connection, and care that can’t be measured on a spreadsheet. She’s the glue that keeps people connected, the spark that keeps the office fun, and the heart behind the Christmas party (and more).

We’re grateful for all the ways you make Cornerstone better, Melinda. We couldn’t do this without you!

Rob Cook celebrates one year since joining Cornerstone.

With more than 40 years in construction, Rob’s deep knowledge, mentorship, and authenticity have made a lasting impression from day one.

We’re proud to have Rob on our team and look forward to what’s ahead.

Years ago, Joe walked away from the superintendent role to stay hands-on as a master craftsman. When he was ready to make the jump back into leadership, we were fortunate to enthusiastically say YES!

Since then, Joe has led with authority – not because he demands it, but because he earns it through planning, collaboration, and respect for every stakeholder: owners, trade partners, designers, and inspectors alike.

He’s so effective that Circle K, a company building 100+ stores a year, recognizes Joe as “Top Tier”.

Joe’s leadership is grounded, thoughtful, and constantly evolving. We’re proud to have him leading our team of Superintendents into the future. Congratulations on 4 years with Cornerstone!!
