New Senior Living Community Coming to Spokane’s South Hill
We're thrilled to announce a new project on Spokane's South Hill!
Cornerstone Construction & Development has been selected as the general contractor for a 35-unit senior living community on 315 W. 9th Ave.
This three-story, L-shaped building will feature one- and two-bedroom units, parking, and landscaping. While details are still being finalized, we’re thrilled to collaborate on design development and preconstruction planning for this meaningful project.
